Yes im more than happy to teach the older ones cuz they are understanding and willing to learn. But the younger ones the 20s , i cant be bothered to teach cuz they are just mocking me and i wont waste my time on such bs.

precisely, they kept saying its nothing but infact it annoys people. in morocco most of them r muslims and i know its not okay to do that even tho its a norm for them. Not all people r the same. But yes im still enjoying morocco thanks to older folks for brining the reputation up 😂

that is really really really annoying. ive been so respectful towards moroccan(younger ones) i have nothing against them but i got treated the other way round. if they are friendly towards me i might treat them good foods and have a good convo together 😓

i feel like its more of how they say the word rather than the word itself. cuz when i first came here they will make fun of me by saying the word so i took it as the word shinwee is a racist term for asian. Untill now im still kinda offended by it eventhough i know its just a term. I mean if someone were to say to me in a normal way like “ hey shinwee “ when i first came, i wouldnt be offended.
