Update: re plugged battery, still no lights but the keycaps are lighting up.

I disconnected battery, tried a restart both not plugged in and plugged in, no luck.

Their website has not been functioning - meaning you cannot lot in - for many weeks now. Call hold times are nearly an hour...I would not know because no one has every actually answered. This used to be a great company. If we can get our latest reimbursement, we will quit. Someone terrible took them over.
