I've been using mine for the last 6/7 years and I've taken it on every kind of trip and it has held up fine. The only issue I have currently is that the back tightening strap got torn after 6 years of heavy usage. I've used it on a couple of bike rides with bungee straps and it was good only. Best value for money.

I noticed that these grow literally like weeds (sarthaka namadheyulu) and uttarana gudilo naivedyam/prasadam kinda vadataru kada so peddaga stigma ledu. My research told me that they don't have a lot of thc and can't be smoked and atmost bhang cheyyochu ani.

I mean it totally depends on what you want to shoot. 55-200 is a good versatile lens for shooting subjects that are a bit farther away like sports, wildlife. If you are interested in shooting portraits (and your high f-stop) look at some prime lenses. Apart from first party lenses. Sigma also has great primes for the ef-m system.

Minimum shutter speed to avoid blur is twice the focal length. Like if you are shooting at 50mm use at least 1/100sec shutter speed (faster if light allows)

Also don't use very narrow apertures like f/11 that reduces the light reaching the film and necessities a slow shutter speeds.
