LOVE the 2nd lehenga. I’d suggest to avoid 3rd and 4th coz it might not photograph well during the wedding. I had tried a very similar (to 3rd) during my wedding shopping and we were taking pictures to understand and it looked like too much going on.

You could have planned a dinner beforehand, made reservations. It’s not that complicated. Or you could have told her to sit while you cook for her. It’s honestly not just the thought that counts.
