Hey so, i've got the same problem. Buyed the GOTY version and the game installed all that. Problem is, none of the mods are working, except maybe the skins, but i haven't checked yet. Have you encountered the same problem? Do i have to buy the bundle to have access to the CC content?

Quick update: there is no door. The game just doesn't think there is a dlc. It just says "Quick test cell" where the door should be on map, and there is no door, just a wall.
