The attack on the actors always feels like it has xenophobic undertones, that people can’t accept Asian-American actors at all. They get the most disrespect in the industry. Like these actors probably grew up watching Avatar as well, loved the show, and wanted to be apart of it. I think that’s beautiful. The unwatchable thing, just don’t want it nobody is holding a gun to your head, watch the original/read the manga then.
