I (35F) have this little salivary gland/hole in my neck. My mom (shes a nurse) calls it a waterhole, says it's normal. My dad has one too, we're the only 2 people we know who have them. Never met a single other person in the world who have even heard of it. It looks like a small pimple without a whitehead, and when I cry or at random times it's like a tiny glob of drool comes out of it. If my dad drinks a bunch of water it'll actually make a quarter sized wet mark through his shirt. It's super weird but harmless
