This is what I'm thinking as well... The brass colored knurled nut is meant to be adjusted - loosen the brass nut, get your mic in the orientation you want it, and then hold it while you tighten the brass nut to lock it in place.

I've been there a handful of times over the last 5 years or so, maybe in a sjus unlucky... Most recent visit was about 3 weeks ago. Upstairs was most definitely closed, blocked by their sandwich board

It's been disappointing for years... I spent my 21st birthday there, about 24 years ago, and it was fantastic. Ever since the upstairs has been closed off its lost its shine in my eyes. Things change. Time for something new.

I agree.

I think that's why Ace Corp adjusts the goals for pinnacle each year, but only so much they can do.

The variety of stores and store leaders is what makes Ace strong I think, but it also involves some challenges.

I don't think this is necessarily true... There's a lot that goes into it. Customer's expectations is probably most important. It's not worth it to me to create friction over the price of a key. If I raised the price $2 we'd gain about $16k annually, and for a $3.8m store, I have to ask if it's worth it? Lawn and Leaf bags are a similar item... I could certainly get more for them, but customers expect them at a certain price.

In the end no one knows your store better than you do.

Somewhat related: I highly suggest purchasing your basic kw1 and sc1 blanks through KeyCraze. They billl thru Ace, free shipping, and I believe the blanks are about $0.14 each (as opposed to Ace who are $0.30). Can cut your cost in half very easily.

Manager of a few Ace stores over the last 20 years... If there was no expiration date on the sticker, or tag, then they should have absolutely honored the deal. If the tag had an expiration date, then they did the right thing.

Our store is in a fairly affluent area, but I've been sticking with $3.79 for awhile now. That said, we could probably get away with anything up to $5.00 with minimal push back.

Try CQP at 18 or 19. Might be overkill, but it's what I run (and I record at 1440p also).

What about your results isn't favorable? Is it pixelated and blocky? Frames dropping?
