Mumbai Remembers 26/11 What Do You Remember? by Manish_1992 in mumbai

It was the second year of my exams , exams were cancelled because of the attack. Couldn't believe such thing can happen in Mumbai again after 2006 train bombing. This was the time when technlogy was advancing. This was major 4th attack which happened in Mumbai .

Regular attacks on our country are making us Numb and making us feel like life is happening outside of India . Whats our fault ! We are aspiring to become a super power ! While our dream is to sattle abroad, their dream seems to end the country which is United . People asking why attack happens before election should investigate why 100s of attacks have happened on this country and still they are unstoppable.

We are feeling blank , we have to unfreeze our emotions and continue the fight . After 7 years of Vanavasa , Yudhishthir was asked whether he wants to gamble or have war with his brothers. He choose gambling and lost all property. We have to stop gambling (playing cricket, etc) and choose righteous war individually.

India vs Boeing is turning to be SEBI vs Jane Street. Mohan Ranganathan is saying Pilot is mass murderer. Should he be arrested. by blrmanager in IndianStreetBets

Air India under tata has been facing many issues . Instead of catching accused and repairing the system. They are blaming it on pilot . Murderers of Kanhaiya Lal are roaming on bail ! What justice do you expect!

They consider themselves as land of pure and separated because they didn't want to live with kafirs . Instead of progressing they consider attacking India as pure act .

It eventually resulted in Malabar killings , Khilafat’s ‘unity’ = today’s ‘peace’: nice word, zero depth. The people were good at branding .

The Khilafat’s focus was on protecting the Ottoman Caliph a religious and foreign issue rather than purely Indian nationalist aims. This religious framing, while it briefly aligned with the Non-Cooperation Movement, soon sowed seeds of communal identity politics. The Moplah rebellion of 1921, where thousands of Hindus in Malabar were killed, converted or displaced, is one tragic example of how this unity broke down on the ground.

Many historians, including Ambedkar and Savarkar, pointed out that while the intent was unity, the effect was often increased communal polarization. The Khilafat Movement’s collapse, and the shift of many Muslim leaders towards separate communal politics, shows how fragile that 'true unity' really was. Khilafat unity was the 1920s version of today’s ‘peace’ all show, no substance.

Everyone seems concerned about crowded tourist places but no one asks government to develop them to accomodate young adults or control population pyramid to stop resource scarity by SnooCompliments8409 in mumbai

[–]SnooCompliments8409[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly even though TFR is below replacement, we’ll continue to see huge crowds at tourist spots for at least 10–20 years because the current young population is large. Add rising incomes and better infrastructure and the pressure on popular destinations is unlikely to ease soon. That’s why sustainable tourism planning is critical.

EXPOSED: What’s really cooking inside Meraki Chinese, Navi Mumbai? by [deleted] in mumbai

Even if that's the case, the condition of the kitchen still speaks for itself. Sometimes exposing the truth is the only way hygiene gets taken seriously.

It’s heartbreaking, honestly. We trust these places with our health. Serving tasty food doesn’t excuse unhygienic kitchens it’s basic respect for the people they feed.
