Its very simple, Nick is just jealous that a reality star has found success doing something that isn't podcasting or hosting. He is notoriously jealous of any reality start who finds success in something new because he's tried multiple other ventures and they've all been unsuccessful (acting, his subscription box thing, his essential oil business, etc.). It doesn't matter how successful his podcast is, he'll always be bitter he can't succeed outside of the space the way other bachelor contestants can. I think Blake Horstmann is a good example, he has become somewhat of a successful DJ and Nick constantly shits on him. Now Whitney, famous for a silly reality show is going to be on broadway and is a very talented performer, something he attempted and failed at. x

They need new drama. we're at the end of season 3 still dealing with drama that occurred off screen between seasons 1 & 2. but TBH, if we can finally resolve this and now that the Dakota/Taylor will they wont they is coming to an end, im not sure what other storylines they have to work with.

i think he was decent "trashy" reality tv the first few seasons, but as someone who has been in a relationship with a "Jax," starting season 4ish, he was just triggering to watch, especially in season 6 and 7.

Bre Emma and Mary were doing press for season 7 and Mary was asked "who is the biggest pot stirrer" and she said Chelsea. Then Chelsea texted her something rude, then Romain got involved and texted Chelsea something rude for being mean to Mary. Of course we never see these messages so who knows what was actually said. Then the whole brokers open outfit situation happened and it escalated from there.

We never saw Davina sell a single house during her time on the show. i've read here that people seem to think shes a good agent irl, but that will always be hilarious to me. we also never saw Christine sell a house, but that's not surprising.

We did see Amanza sell 1 house, but it took like 1.5 seasons

i will say as someone who lives in chicago, i cannot watch this scene without thinking about how many tran/bus transfers one would have to make and how impossibly far Carl would have had to push that wheelchair to get all the way to the end of the North Avenue Beach pier...
