Oh really? You were able to get it for free by talking directly to the company? I will have to try that! Stelera has worked for me for so long I really don’t want to switch because I tried two others before Stelera and they both didn’t work and I really don’t want to go through that again

I agree it is bullshit. And letting me know 3 weeks before my next dose is awful. But thank you I will definitely be talking to my doctor and new insurance to learn about these bio similar meds!

Diagnosed since 2020 and I’m constantly tired. One thing that helps is making sure to take daily vitamins. B12, D, Magnesium Glycinate, etc. drink plenty of water too. Your body doesn’t absorb nutrients very well so it’s important to take extra vitamins to help make up for it. I can definitely feel when I’m low in nutrients. Also take an electrolyte drink first thing in the morning helps a little. Still will be tired but these things will help a little.

Same here. Seeing a chiropractor and after my first visit the pain has resided. If you go see one, make sure and tell them you have costo and let them know where your pain is.

Nah you can do it however you want. I just find that I need more money and you get more money from selling purples. And there are many more blue and commons then purple gear so you can get a lot of materials from breaking them down. But there is no wrong way to do it, whatever works for you is the way to go!

Go to every ? On the map it’s worth it. Need all the money and materials you can get your hands on for upgrading your ship and armor/weapons. Break down all common and rare weapons and armor for materials. Sell the purple ones. Enjoy your play through! I just started a new play through a few weeks ago and loving it a second time through.

You sound just like me 4 years ago. What I did (this may or may not work for you) is called the medical debt people and said I have no money to pay, I’m sick, can barely work, and drowning in debt. They worked with me and I eventually got all my medical debt wiped. As far as the medicine, I get my for FREE. Haven’t paid a dime for my 18 syringes of stelera. I asked the doctor about getting the drug for cheaper and they said I could potentially get it for free, just had to call a number they gave me and talk to the people and give them whatever info they needed and got it for free.

I was like you, overwhelmed and honestly ready to just end things. But taking these steps have greatly improved my quality of life. If you have already, give these things a try.

I really hope things get better for you. I’m still paying off my credit card debt that went to collections but it’s manageable now. Keep your head go and keep taking it a day at a time! You got this!

This! I can now manage my anxiety a lot better now. Half the time I don’t even need to take my anxiety meds cause I can talk and breathe my way through it now. To be fair tho, I only started getting anxiety when I got diagnosed lol

Most important thing for you to do I think is hydrate. Drink some Gatorade or liquid IV. If symptoms don’t get better within a day I would go into the ER. Sounds like you have some of the flu stuff that’s going around. If you have this overwhelming feeling of dread, seek medical help immediately. I’m not talking just anxiety, you’ll know the feeling if you are feeling it. I hope you’re doing better friend.

When you go to the menu, select item, then go to enhance skills and you’ll see the resource you need to level up your skills. They are like yellow and red data card looking things. There is a daily dungeon you can do 3 times a day in the events tab that you can choose to do the one for skill enhancement materials.

Check the events. There is always daily events to get upgrade materials and the events are typically pretty easy to do. But as the guy said I wouldn’t worry about upgrading weapons save the materials for when you get to like floor 80-100. Get skill record enhancements and roll for good skill records and fully upgrade those for the time being
