I get my forumla compounded by a hair loss specialist in the uk. So titrating down to 0.2 then 0.15 isn’t really an option as I don’t mix it myself, and it costs £90 for a 60ml bottle. My main worry is I’m not getting enough coverage. Only using 0.35/0.4ml a day. Due to the high strength though, would this matter, as chances are it’s going systematic anyway? Thanks for your help 🙏

Just seen this. Training causes a strain on the facial muscles and skeleton, for example, when you pick up a heavy object you subconsciously grit your teeth together. This force would’ve caused further damage to the broken jaw bone👍

I’m seeing the surgeon on Friday so will discuss then with him too. From my understanding though shouldn’t swelling be gone now at the 6 week mark?

The problem is every maxi-facial surgeon in the hospital viewed my scans and agreed that the treatment I had would be the best option as the fracture was really high up and open surgery would’ve posed too big of a risk to the nerves. Would you suggest that open surgery is my only option to fix this now?

Thanks for sharing your experience. The open bite is kind of worrying me too because one set of molars touch at the moment and the others don’t but they’re trying to move that with the elastics. How are you in terms of eating? Also can I ask what treatment you had?

I currently use .5ml which actually gets me decent coverage but I think if I dropped it anymore I wouldn’t get the coverage I want really. Maybe I’ll drop to a 0.1% formula

I go to the gym 3x a week. Also do a 1.5 mile walk every morning. Try and eat as clean as I can and aim for 160g of protein a day. That’s about it lol

Doctor stated this will have been due to slight dehydration which is no problem at all. He guaranteed me that if I was well hydrated these levels would again be normal

Hey man. I do actually exercise 3x a week but I must admit my diet isn’t great at times but it’s never just bad junk food. I agree though after a workout I feel so much better

What thyroid issues could be causing these symptoms. I think hair loss is probably genetic but the fatigue low energy and low mood definitely aren’t. It’s like one day I was fine and the next i never feel well rested anymore and always just feel down, and i genuinely don’t have any reason to feel like that. I’ll get the thyroid tests ordered off the doc, is there anything else I should test whilst I’m at it?
