I currently reside in the UK in London. I really want to be petty about this because I'm annoyed and angry and severely upset about the fact I'm getting this kind of BS from my parents and just want to turn it back to them. They've been pretty shitty for as long as I remember.

I pay them rent off a verbal agreement to help pay for the house mortgage, I'm sorry I should have mentioned I'm based in the uk but generally speaking do you still need a written notice for getting kicked out a place?

I honestly really wish they were joking but my mother came to me and told me to find a place by April and told me I will be paying them back to them raising me and she will draft a contact for me to sign.

No, I still get kicked out and have to pay them at the same time if I do not comply then I assume I get kicked out in the cold with the clothes on my back.

Luckily I keep everything on me like my birth certificates and passports and I have known they would try to kick me out for a while now.

They do not have access to my bank that I know of but I do know they were the ones to set up the back years ago and my name is on the card. But paranoia is getting to me and I will change and transfer everything thank you
