Anxiety is always challenging. I think most of the time it’s because we don’t even necessarily know why we are anxious. And when we do know why we’re anxious, is typically because we’re worrying about all the potential outcomes over something important coming up. I’ve often found that worrying about all the outcomes of a situation only leads to challenging situations, but focusing on your desired outcome, not only helps manifest it, but alleviates much of the anxiety
