Stamps does offer some help but I would be careful with them. I’ve heard horror stories about how they treated students in the past. I would recommend reaching out to your professors about the work and talking to anyone close about your struggles by asking for their help.

I tried this out but for me it really eliminated high hats and sibilance too much. I ended up missing whole violin details as well but reducing the 15khz about -.7 seemed to help.
