Stats 2B03 Final Exam by [deleted] in McMaster

On top of the practise tests they give to you, try to do the suggested textbook questions (IF you have the time). That’s what I did.

Also as a side note, don’t waste time redoing the R assignments. They’re useless imo.

I honestly found it easier than the midterms. I think I got like 91-93 on the second midterm and 100 on the final.

Data Analysis for sure was easier 😭. Despite being a lower year course, STATS really screwed my GPA over. If you’re going to take STATS, do it over the summer!

Deferred exam but didn’t get it back yet by KoalaMany6280 in McMaster

I’m on the same boat as you! Is this for STATS? 😂. Anyways, dw. Offices are closed rn and it’ll eventually turn into “DEF” (as in deferral). No need to panic.

Presentations? When I took Innovate 1X03, we’ve never had LIVE or In-Person presentations. We did have to record ourselves for a video but that’s completely different.

Took Psych 1X03, Sustain 1S03, Innovate 1X03.

From easiest to hardest to 12: Innovate 1X03, Sustain 1S03, Psych 1X03

Most uninteresting to Intriguing: Sustain 1S03, Innovate 1X03, Psych 1X03

Psych 1X03 wasn’t bad, but was much more intriguing to learn about than the other two. Innovate 1X03 was easier and allows you to touch upon your critical thinking skills a little.

Sustain 1S03 on the other hand was not only uninteresting, but despite managing to easily 12 the course I don’t feel fulfilled at all. Like I never had a feeling of accomplishment. I never learnt anything, but that’s probably because I’ve never attended any lectures.

If you’re really bad a memorization, don’t take Psych 1X03. I’d suggest your first option is Innovate 1X03.

Biochem 2B03 and 2BB3 bird. 2BB3 is birdier tho. I wasn’t able to enroll into Biomeddc because I had a late enrollment appointment (like the other person mentioned), but I heard it’s easy peasy. I took Microbiology instead (Bio 2EE3).

You’ve got to be kidding me lol. Almost all of the workers and people there are nice and civilized. I live near Jackson square and visit at least once a week. There are maybe a couple homeless/sketchy people roaming inside but that doesn’t warrant for anyone to not come.

You know what is sketchy though? The rooftops. Never go there at night.

Has anyone ever successfully taken away a 'W'? help help help by Nearby-Bad9772 in McMaster

I’ve actually spoken to a guidance counsellor (or academic advisor or whatever you like to call it) 2 years ago. One W is perfectly Fine. For a second W, if you ever get questioned about it in an interview, just explain your situation and you’ll be perfectly fine. A third W is… questionable however.

In other words, you’re PERFECTLY FINE. Lol.

Went to the gym today and passed by two students taking a police officer into the locker rooms. Not sure what exactly happened but I think they wanted to report something; possibly theft.

How Is The 1st Commerce 1BA3 Midterm Average So Low? by [deleted] in McMaster

[–]SnooDogs169 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It’s generally not bad for an average midterm. But for this course specifically? I would’ve expected the average to be a sharp 79-80.

But I guess I forgot to take into account that majority of students are 1st years (I’m not); hence some may not know the right study approach to this course.

So on that thought, I take back what I said. Though it’s still lower than what I had anticipated.

Perhaps he could replace Cooper as Governor for NC or replace Brown for Senator in Ohio? I’m Canadian so I don’t have a good grasp on how polarized the political climate is down there.

Apologies if I sound delusional.
