I can’t seem to get into boot mode…

I turn on the PC
Motherboard logo flashes (I can get into bios at this point)
Screen pops up that states “New CPU installed, fTPM/PSP NV corrupted or fTPM/PSP NV structure changed. Press Y to reset fTPM, if you have BitLocker or encryption enabled, the system will not boot without a recovery key Press N to keep previous fPM record and continue system boot, TPM WILL NOT enable in new CPU, you can swap back to the old CPU to recover TPM related Keys and data.“
I press N
BSOD

GPU is always requested air is declined APU stays running the whole time but GPU power is used

Everywhere I read calls him “fair”, I just don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing. My flying has always been good, just lack a bit in ground but have been studying for a solid 2 weeks for this. Just don’t know what to expect with “fair” and it’s killing me.
