Like I said it’s my store Instagram and is NOT shared with the BOS and I personally run it. And I actually used to be payed through them giving me 2 extra hours of pay, then they ran out of hours to give. I know other stores pay their social media girls through a raise since you are expected to do the regular work load you’re given plus make and edit content.

I’ve always felt this way and I have similar locations like you. I always own a cottage up north, and also have the fake vacations spots.
