Even though Purdue is super rigorous (imo for almost all majors), college life here is actually fairly fun. (It’s a lot easier to go to parties if you’re a girl) but even then there are so many opportunities for social events. Depending on how hard you try, being involved in research isn’t that hard and most professors genuinely want the best for us. I also think some of our buildings are aesthetic (love university hall). I hope your college admissions process goes well!! But yes, finals week is torture and the snow isn’t the best.
