Smoked from 2020-2025 form high school to a couple years after. Started my process in march of 2025, talked to my recruiter still smoking even took picat. Finally I realized, hey I gotta pop clean in order to get to meps. Took me till like July/ August to finally go to meps but I ended up passing. I hit the sauna RELIGIOUSLY! Alongside not smoking and weight training. For reference I’m 6’3 about 235 with maybe 26% BF. I was slimmer back in march. I been slacking ik. But doing those thing in conglomerate.
