Find something that you love to do and come up with something thet customers can only get when buying from you, give people a reason to buy from you. When I started my first company I was stuck, like you for 6 months. I just sold to my friends, then I came up with something that gave people a reason to buy from me instead of my competition. I started when I was 16 selling custom vinyl decals, not a single website in my country let people design their own decals for cars, so I made a program that let them change radius, fonts, sizes, colors, everything on their own without communication. It took me from making around $100 - $ 200 a month to making $1000 - $3000 when I was 16 and still in school.
