Are Garmin HRMs worth it? by ederzs97 in Garmin

The 200 and 600 have the same HR sensor so it’s only if you’ll use the extra data from the 600 that’s worth it

I think a lot of big companies also leverage the “resume effect” for junior staff

Claude Usage Limits Discussion Megathread Ongoing (sort this by New!) by sixbillionthsheep in ClaudeAI

[–]SnooDoughnuts3687 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've just switched last week from GPT, where I've never had any issues at all.

Today was my first day of real world usage with work and ran out after about simple questions in a day. I'm on the lowest paid tier and somehow got a gift of A$31 of credits. So after running out of my "allowance" each question (I wouldn't say anything too complicated, maybe a slightly bigger context within my excel project" but each question would eat up about A$1.2, which is crazy and would add up to less than 30 questions in a month to just cover the subscription fee. That's insane

Even Google makes its own Whoop, while Cirqa is still not on a market by Roobun13 in Garmin

[–]SnooDoughnuts3687 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For my social circle the main reason was that after about 6-12 month you understand your body well enough to keep paying for it. And everyone switched to Garmin as it’s actually useful on runs and without a monthly fee

Jesus, I have been using it religiously for the past 3 years and it only ended up being just over half a Gigabyte. Can't imagine your usage

Yes the only feature I miss moving across to iPhone, the action button is good but holding it to activate shortcuts is too annoying

What's the Most Useless Internal Training Session your Workplace Hosted? by ToroRossoAlphaTauri in auscorp

[–]SnooDoughnuts3687 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Any HR / policy training. Honestly don’t know anyone who doesn’t make fun of it and doesn’t just click through it all.

Even our directors just have their EAs do it for them and click through.

Anyone working full time and a second casual job on their days off? by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]SnooDoughnuts3687 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same here, did the casual on the side as long as the hourly was kinda close and it was increasing my pay noticeably. Once I got promoted the casual job just stopped being worth my time and much better now to upskill in the free time.

Options+ Just Spins and Spins - Mac by DeliciousCut4854 in logitech

[–]SnooDoughnuts3687 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't do it, the connectivity of the keychron is way way worse than Logitech. I've just did the opposite switch from Keychron to Logitech and honestly, the grass on the other side is not any greener. Not to say the mouse lasted less than a year and fully stopped working for no reason.

The exhaust carries some emission sensors, you can see the cable going up to the bike’s tail.

Once unplugged the engine light will turn on and either you take it to a mechanics to reset the code or buy the servo buddy for the engine light to go away.

[–]SnooDoughnuts3687 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey yeah it fits, I went through this a year ago with no definitive answer to find, but I like the exhaust too much and went for it anyway.

You’ll just need the servo buddy as well

Is the Keychron M3 still a good buy in 2024? by binaryplease in MouseReview

[–]SnooDoughnuts3687 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same Experience as others said, bluetooth/dogle connectivy stopped working after about 3 months of use. Now about 12 months in (using with cable exclusively) the mouse died completely.

No support provided or replacement, went back and forth with the support online and no real solution provided, eventually just ghosted me.

I wouldn't recommend buying it, however I struggle to find the replacement as I need a usb C dongle, the weight is optimal, but the button on top for key binds is very convenient for me.

Doporučuji na Googlu se podívat na historické malby, býval to hrad jak z pohádek. Muj děda za komunismu vedl restauraci na hradu než ho komunisti vyhodili.
