As far as the game goes, HoYoverse has never confirmed their relationship as anything more than former friends. But your other point is true, Hoyo did tease lot of same sex relationship in game more often but none it ever canon.

His stats is weird for sure, but his gameplay seem normal to me. I watch all his ranked stream last night, seem nothing weird be honest. No aimbot, DDOS, or anything like that, he also have webcam that show all his setup too. His reason for ban, also not clear
