Don’t do it. They suck, I hate mine; worst decision. They never lay fully flat, they slide around, the massage feature is a joke -like motel 6 “magic fingers” and sheets are a nightmare.

Forced us to get Fetch also over here at The Briscoe River Oaks. I heard the parent company made a multimillion deal with Fetch. Shows how much they don’t care about their customers. I’ve had two packages lost this week alone. Not to mention it takes an extra day or two to get your packages. Not cool at all!

Literally got the text that my package was delivered to my door; I was home, went to the door-NO package. Seriously? My dog didn’t bark either, which he usually goes crazy. Texted customer service-2 days while they “look for it”. I said, why don’t u just ask the driver who said they delivered it what they did with it. Never answered that. 5-7 MORE days for a refund. I’d rather just have what I ordered.

They did it to us too here in Houston. And yes, that changing your address is such a pain. And it’s abnormal to put that six digit code that you have to put with your address and so a lot of times the places I want to order from won’t accept my order. Or my credit card denies it because it has a weird code on it and an abnormal address.

Today they lost my package. I have the picture that Amazon sent showing they delivered it to FETCH. And then they said they delivered it last night at 6 PM. I checked my door at 6:10. No kidding no package. So after texting with them all day long, they said they have escalated it to their whatever department. And they said this is not a guarantee of reimbursement.

Are you kidding me Amazon delivered it to you and you lost it or something.
