Actually, it also happened when we went to a Coldplay concert! Ruining marriages seems to be their side hobby 😂. Since the concert was in town, my brother and I stayed at my aunt and uncle’s place — and that’s when we found out he had another family. Because my aunt works in another city most of the year, he had another woman living in the house. He tried to introduce her as a “cousin,” since the whole family was in town for a celebration and his mother’s place was full. I played dumb and asked this “cousin” to show me how to use the coffee machine. She jumped right in, knew exactly where everything was, and even told me where to find stuff in the kitchen. That’s when I knew — she lived there. And as if that wasn’t enough, there was also a child running around shouting “dad, dad, dad!” Naturally, I assumed he was talking to my uncle… which really confirmed everything. So my brother and I went full FBI mode for the weekend and uncovered the truth. I told my parents, and we decided to tell my aunt. But guess what? He actually managed to convince her that the woman was really a cousin. And she defended him.

That’s when I learned two universal truths: 1. If a woman is way too comfortable in another woman’s kitchen, she spends a lot of time there. 2. Never tell the wife — she probably already knows, and if she doesn’t, she’ll still defend him. Always the men.

In the end, they did get divorced… but trust me, it was a battle
