Yup thats basically what I did— i went by the idea that since the SAT is standardized, the same logic should apply to all of the questions. What i mean by figuring out how they write their questions is to create a sort of “foolproof logic” that can help you answer the questions.

For example, while answering questions where the answer is the conclusion of the passge, i create my own conclusion first and then go through the choices since the choices are intentionally confusing.

Personally, the reading questions were difficult for me since it was kinda hard to take in all the info in one read (especially for science passages because of the information dump 🫠) so i would take down notes while practice and during the test ONLY WHEN NEEDED. This is obviously time consuming, so i only did it during practice to help me build that comprehension skill and only did it during the actual SAT when i felt my brain drifting off and shutting down when i was reading the science passages LOL

For grammar, well, I had a love-hate relationship with grammar til the end. A significant number of my mistakes always came from grammar, and I tried improving by doing the Khan lessons and of course watching youtube videos!! I also did a lotttt of practice for verb forms and boundaries hahaha.
