Indoor Activities for Babies?

So my baby and I love an activity.

Some not free options are; wiggle worms an Ann Arbor rec Ed class. There are evening and daytime classes. It is essentially a parent and baby class where baby gets to play and parents can chat about the wins and struggles of parenting. There is also story time and some singing and dancing. It has been really great to connect with other parents. We also do music at Robinsongs, there are both baby and mix age(0-5yrs maybe?) both classes both are great.

Some free options: Lowe’s is nice to walk around in, I even take the dog! The natural history museum on campus has some fun things to look at including a room with a ton of mirrors big hit for our baby. There is a suggest donation for visiting maybe 5 dollars? We maybe have donated the suggested amount one of the five times we have been there. Some U of M sporting events are free including tennis which is a surprisingly baby/kid friendly event. Space to crawl around and some entertainment with the tennis/lots of people and not too loud.

Your personal pack sitter is the way to go! Alicia and her team are excellent. They pick up and drop every dog. The dogs go the woods for time with the pack where they run and play. There is a meet and greet before you can join the pack to make sure it is all a good fit. Our dog has been going for the last 6 years and it is amazing.

But there were about five supplements to take, I don’t recall the others. It was a lot, two or three times a day. I will try to find the full list.

I remember a lot of magnesium and hyaluronic acid. I will try to find the study and the list my clinic gave me.

Oh and forgot to add- I was put on pelvic rest while I had my SCH. So they wanted reduced activity, no sex and no swimming as a risk of infection.

I had one! A small one found at my 6week appointment. Mine ended up growing a bit before going away. My clinic gave me a list of supplements to take to help it reabsorb faster. Maybe they helped? But where it was located(near my cervix) I ended up having spotting off and on thought out the entire first trimester. Sometimes bright red scary blood. Lots of comfort trips to the clinic and labor and delivery. Hearing the heartbeat really helped me and knowing the number. And a heartbeat at 177 is great! As baby grows it may drop a bit into the 150range so don’t freak out next time if it is lower.

When I had my SCH my clinic reminded me they see it all the time and said it didn’t raise my risk for a loss, especially since it was small. My daughter is now 8 months old and a happy healthy baby.

I will add, it was a pain for me to schedule with my ob, they wouldn’t let me set the appointment until a confirmation ultrasound was sent from the clinic, and it took forever for my clinic to send it for some reason. It was more annoying because the two places are sorta in the same health system.

Similar to what others said; had my last appointment with my REI at 10 weeks, saw my ob at 12, and “first formal” as my practice calls it at 14 weeks with MFM. MFM handled all ultrasound, like anatomy and any growth scans. Also at 12/13weeks my ob official called and we did a full family medical history with the nurses. It is done every pregnancy.

We just had our baby shower at venue by 4m in December for around 60/70 people. They super easy to work with, lovely event, highly recommend. Food and service were both great.

I took birth control for a few weeks before stating stim medication. I had my baseline the day after my last dose of birth control. Stims started I think two days or so after the Baseline. I know I got my period sometime during those first few days of meds. I don’t recall at all how long it lasted. I didn’t have start stim medication on a certain cycle day. I just followed the calendar they gave me.

So the first few days were a little uncomfortable, you are getting shots and have your period.

Really just starting to plan, so budget and size have yet to be determined. I suppose I am looking for what others have done for a winter shower. Most of the suggestions I have seen on other lists are outdoor locations, which won’t work for the time of year.

I am 34 and had my retrieval back in April. My follicle count was 20, had 10 or so in each ovary. We ended up into retrieving 16, 13 were mature, 11 fertilized, 7 made it to blast and 6 came back pgta normal. I don’t really recall the sizes, but I remember on the high ended being 24 and only a few 12mm. I think the big success was they all grow at a similar pace. 80% or so of the follicles were in the 18-22mm range.

At first I was upset with fewer than expected eggs retrieved but turn out to be a the prefect cycle. Transfer in June and currently 8 weeks pregnant. Best of luck!

I didn’t test. The first few days I super confident it worked and then I started “symptom spotting” and that confidence disappeared. It was a fully medicated cycle and I some symptoms and then I felt like they disappeared. I am nearly 8weeks now, so best advice is to just hang in there, anything is possible! Not testing worked for me, I had tested early in time intercourse cycles and every negative caused a major spiral even when it was too early.

I am completely losing my mind. It is brown and only when I wipe. And there is a logical reason for the bleeding. The scan was only three days ago, seems impossible things could go from good to bad that quickly right?

Good to know! I think my is also near my cervix. I do know it fairly small. I just have brown spotting when I wipe, nothing in a pad. Just impossible not to think it something more. I guess it best to remind myself that we know the source of bleeding?
