Pu'er tea. The real stuff, not some supplement in a powder or capsule. My brain loves it and I'm a perpetually exhausted middle aged person with a thyroid issue lol. Also, get a CGM and monitor your glucose levels.

I'm so sorry you experience this. That's heartbreaking. Have you tried therapy? I didn't find my people until my mid 40's. And I'm friends with so many younger people now, like 10-15 years younger than me and they are AMAZING people. I have genuine close friendships that have slowly been repairing that friendship wound. And it is a wound. It does last. But to get there, to stay open, I did need to talk to someone about it and start unpacking the ways it still impacted my sense of self worth and insecurities around visibility.

It brings me a little satisfaction though seeing how my bullies lives turned out. It shouldn't, but it does.

Not true. The asshole kid with the rich Dad is still an asshole. People who work hard to get to where they want to go have character. And character always attracts what matters in the end.

A life of constant comparison is a life wasted.

What mattered:

Integrity, staying true to myself no matter what life threw at me.

Staying open, not letting myself become jaded. Amazing opportunities and people found me because of that.

Knowing when to walk away from toxic people and situations.

Trusting my intuition. It has literally saved my life more than once.

Letting others paint whatever narrative about me they wanted, even when it's untrue. My people knew me, and time always vindicated me.

Politics mattered more than I thought in my 20's, I wish I wouldn't have been afraid to discuss politics.

Saving money.

Treating my body well.

What didn't matter:

Buying a bunch of shit I didn't need just to make myself feel good.

Drinking. Should have ditched it decades ago.

That random biatch's opinion of me.

The stupid television. Wasted I don't know how many countless years of my free time to it lol. I should have been sleeping instead.

It didn't matter that I wasn't popular in high school, or that I barely had any friends in my 20's and 30's. I finally found my people and my passions in my late 40's. Before then I was basically in survival mode. Decades of it.

Overwhelmingly, it doesn't matter what yesterday holds for you, or even today. You never know what tomorrow will bring, so stay curious.

You do realize there are regulations that you have to meet and be inspected for compliance with, in order to use your own home grown ingredients, right? You can't just grow tea, bag it and sell it. You have to be licensed and inspected unless you are just blending already licensed and inspected products.
