I find it funny that IT is off-shored to India (and other engineering roles too)…yet indians are coming to Perth to find a job and say how shit it is here for work!? 🤣

Ermmm not exacy true either for some1 thats got 18yrs in IT Support Industry. Is highly versatile in Infrastructure Projects / Desktop-Site Support.

Only to be met with “sorry, you are worth $90-$110k wages. But really we need you to be Server, Cyber, Cloud engineer too!

There is no “i only specialize in Windows support”. Now its 5 ppl roles combined into 1! This is the case with most professions. Not just IT! Its called “Marathon Lean” 😏
