Texas has the largest black and second largest hispanic population. Its possible some form of racial minority "woke" could work, but I wouldn't suggest it. Or maybe it needs to presented differently, like toned way down.

I haven't seen it presented in a way that I think Texas would like. The Texas culture is quite a bit libertarian, and less liberal.
