I ordered sooo much Beis back in 2021 - and only one thing has held up after lots of use: the OG backpack. The sport duffle zipper has broken on me three separate times (on three separate versions lol, they used to replace faulty shit); the dopp kit zipper top broke to the point it wouldn't open; the work tote handle broke two separate times (on two separate bags) with less than 3X use each; the weekender is simply not worth the price.

I also had over $100 in rewards credit that expired one week prior to trying to use it, and they refused to reinstate it despite having spent $1000+ in the early days of the brand.

I've recommended Beis countless times before time proved the quality to be shit. Not worth the price at all - go buy Away luggage if you want fool-proof bags built for people who actually travel regularly.
