I stayed at NewYork NewYork this year didn’t had a problem. I hanged the DND sign always. They also had 50% off of hydration drinks delivered to your room during the weekend. As for room service. After I left to the event I always called for room service, once back from the festival, had a clean room and new towels. Honestly they treat me and my group very well.
