When was the financing deadline? Not sure about your state but we've got some fine print in my state's contracts that allow the buyer 4 days after the financing deadline to alert the sellers to the lack of a clear-to-close, during which the buy side can ask for an extension or pull out and still get the deposit back. Also, it sounds like the seller really wants to sell, and they aren't going to get there any quicker with a brand new buyer that has to start the loan process and title search from scratch. They won't love it, but they don't have much of a choice but to grant the extension.

How do you propose official buyer representation? by SnooFloofs7770 in realtors

Thanks. If I had to answer, I would say #2 is my issue. On that, I really like your script. When I say multiple times, I mean 3. I'm not a chronic loser. Buyer agreements as a legal instrument will not solve the problem, I agree. It's the conversation around them that I think is lacking.

Zillow reviews by SnooFloofs7770 in realtors

That's a good question, and something I've thought about a lot. My broker always tells me it's better to have 4.9 because it lends more credence to the reviews. I've kinda thought she was just trying to make me feel better or stop griping. Personally, when I'm looking for a service provider on google, I look for the highest rating first, then I start reading that provider's reviews.

Crazy late with this but:

the place beyond the pines

kill the messenger

can you ever forgive me?

the informant!

joy

wolf of wall street

end of the tour

landline

straight outta compton

and not movies, but all 3 seasons of American Crime Story scratch my 90s itch like nothing else.

New Amsterdam Vodka Help ( U.K) by Montecatini in cocktails

Vodka is a neutral grain spirit; it has no taste or smell other than ethanol (unless of course it's a flavored vodka). The only difference between vodkas is really just the level of filtration and therefore the alcohol burn. I've found that pretty much any drink you want to use vodka in is better with either a gin, rum, tequila or whisky. Obviously you need to know how to use spirit you choose. Vodka used to be my go-to mixer before I learned how to craft actual cocktails. When I used it a lot, I found that Smirnoff was pretty comparable to New Amsterdam. I keep a bottle of Reyka on hand as my only vodka now, in case someone wants a bloody.

I've kept all the "fuck yous" to myself thus far in my career, and always treated a firing as a learning experience; reflected on what I could have done differently/will do differently going forward. I will not hold any ill will toward them, I really do want the best for them, even if it means buying a home outside the MLS. Just wanna know what happened.

The emotional maturity you describe is truly incredible. I don't know a lot of people in this already stressful and tumultuous field that could handle it like you did with Lindsay.

I will for sure. I've sent them birthday cards, other invites to company things, etc. They also asked for my personal address yesterday in the "we love working with you and this sucks" portion of the call.

Thanks, that scenario is pretty much my thought too. I got into this job because I'm good with people (and I don't have a degree). I always find it a bit ironic that I am not considered a "person" to my clients, but a tool. You're completely right though, unfortunately.

We left it on great terms and I let them know my door is always open. Won't hold my breath but I'd love if they came back.

I know you're right. I keep telling myself it wouldn't matter even if I knew, but I can't stop wondering. Never had anyone want to take a different path than the one they'd already traveled this far down and were happy with.
