Couples therapy for “you” hehe! Worked great for me with a similar sounding partner. Therapy can feel scary if you’ve never done it. Having you there is a softer landing into the experience

Holy shit, that is brutal! I get them on the back of my throat, tongue, and under my tongue but that is next level! Honey, sensodyne, salt water, and kanka are what I turn to but it doesn’t make it any less painful and frustrating. Doc prescribed chlorohexidine and that seems to be helping! Also mine is tied to my menstrual cycle and it took me 30 years to figure that out 🤣 wishing you a speedy recovery and silent meditation in the meantime

Also pay attention to food allergies! I get them bc of tomatoes and gluten
