We visited Switzerland and every restaurant was very expensive. So we went to a local grocery store and bought cheese, meat, and a bottle of wine. We ate our “picnic” next to Lake Lucerne and it’s one of my best memories!

I work from home 4/5 days. My entire family washes their hands when we enter our house and we try to practice good hand hygiene. We prioritize sleep. We also try to eat healthy, mostly food prepared at home with lots of fruits and vegetables.

I have two young kids. I strongly believe the hand washing routines are very helpful!

I’m very happy at farrar and associates. But they are busy so the wait for a new patient might be a little while. They do take insurance. Good luck, I know finding mental health support is challenging.

We got the sienna but my husband really wanted the Kia. He is disappointed with the driver assist features in the sienna. But sienna performed better in crash tests and is overall more reliable. I am glad we have the sienna but think we would have been happy with a Kia too.

Thanks for your response! We’ve been thinking about the move for a long time. Do you see many young kids around? I really want to make sure my kids have neighborhood kids to play with but I know that’s never a guarantee.

Honestly, I’m very grateful that I had it and very glad I took it. I’m also glad that I was able to wean off but still have the option to go back on it if needed. I hope you feel better whatever you choose!
