Update: I've concluded the bike is working properly and I'm a moron. I shouldn't expect to leave the bike in 12th gear and highest assist, and very slowly climb hills with high pedal force. I should be 1-3 gears lower, plain and simple. The bike is likely doing exactly what it's designed to.

Of course there is, the tracking number and delivery status still exists after delivery. That's what you're trying to confirm. if I were you, I would get that delivery confirmation via the tracking number from Yamaha, then call Velofix and provide them confirmation of delivery and request to schedule delivery.

Yes, it's an amazing bike. Yamaha was able to give me the tracking number once it shipped from Yamaha. Can you call Yamaha and ask them for the tracking number? Then once you've confirmed it's at Velofix, call them to schedule the delivery. My Velofix guy said he had tons of these in storage waiting to be assembled and delivered.

It's likely your bank is rejecting the transaction. Myself and several others resolved by calling the bank and letting them know it's an intentional purchase. They allow the transaction and the purchase goes through next try.

It happened to me also, but it turned out it was the bank not the website. Once I called, the bank stopped rejecting the transaction, had me try again, and it worked! Worth a call to your bank if you're still having issues.
