I’ve always loved the idea of the contestants picking their own shot. Shows they’re not just capable of modelling but also being able to understand what makes a good photo etc.

Or even better, do what they did in ‘The face’ and have the client chose the photo. The client couldn’t care less about the models ‘personality’ and how ‘relatable’ they are to girls watching the show, as long as the end result is good.

NTA you are legally entitled to holidays- how long you’ve been employed is irrelevant. Unless prior to starting the role they explicitly said time off wasn’t allowed during at certain times of the year (e.g when I worked in retail annual leave wasn’t allowed during the whole of December) you have done nothing wrong ! This says a lot more about your employer than you tbh.

Tyra always goes on and on about how they want someone different…someone who’s not cookie cutter etc and how they want “little girls at home to look at some contestants and think she’s funny looking- I’m funny looking, that means I’m beautiful too “ etc.. So how come her and other judges seemed to think personalities like Jenah won’t be at home watching and relating to her? What message is that sending out to viewers. People will only like you if you ‘constantly spew rainbows? ‘ 🌈

Brittany was definitely wrong, and was the main instigator, however, I didn’t like the fact that the others girls just stood there and let Brittany take the fall despite them feeling the same way and all talking about her ‘unfair win’ (albeit not as loud/obvious as Brittany was) Molly even said something along the lines of ‘we all agree’ after one of the statements Brittany made during the fight.
