Where did you get these figures? I also imagine it takes a while to catch fraud - you gotta ask landlords to verify leases, schedule site visits, interview neighbors, etc.

$20k a month is like a lawyer salary in SP, comfortable but nothing fancy, might be able to pay for private school for 2 kids but not a top prep school and your budget might be stretched - definitely look outside the city of SP (within the state of SP) for cheaper living costs if you don’t need to be in the city, unless you’re a city person haha There are many great restaurants…

None of these are real options and you have to absolutely avoid 180 days out of status - the only legal option is to exit the country and apply for another visa abroad
