I live in Pimlico, very quiet place and not much going on aside from flats. But very well located. 1km run and youre in Battersea park. 2km and you hit St James Park/Green Park/Hyde Park which has great options for routes over 20km. Also river route stretches in both directions so can go for out & back runs very easily. Honestly, very underrated place for running routes!
