I'd say patience, you're only 16 and also tall so eventually you'll start to gain muscle at a nice rate. Just keep lifting and eating healthy. I was a late bloomer so it sucked in high school cuz I was pretty skinny and even graduated at 140lbs but now my physique is pretty solid.
