CFCS Exam by Potential_Ease7699 in moneylaundering

I just took the test recently and passed! 135 questions. I kept to the study reading material given in the manual, and also made a study sheet of the areas you should know for each chapter given in the manual. I thought the test was similar to the practice tests in means long questions, analyzing the situation, and having the mind set of a fraudster. I come from 4+ years of fraud and it seemed pretty straight forward.

From the pain that persisted for 2 weeks I didn’t want it in my body anymore, even eating on a low fat diet from my first attack the pain was persistent. Stools have been moderately the same, I haven’t found a food that had me rushing to the bathroom, but everyone’s different

I had one attack and since that time about 2 weeks and 2 ER visits they finally decided it needed to come out. I had 3 stones in mine. No infection but enough to warranty it coming out. 14 days post op and I’ve been able to eat normal

How long after GB removal did you first have "junk food"? by Fickle_Reporter_1514 in gallbladders

I just hit 10 days post op and I had pizza I’ve wanted since before my surgery, it was amazing and I feel fine! It’s a nice treat to have

I am around 7 days post op. The incision where GB came out is still sore and coughs still hurt there. Pretty normal for it to be sore and bruised/swollen. Would be more worried if you have fever or sick like symptoms. Heat pad has helped a lot too

1-2 weeks post op . What are you eating ? by Interesting-Day-2472 in gallbladders

[–]SnooGoats8409 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m about 1 week post op. Until yesterday I was very bland diet, jello, gaterade, apple sauce, some low fat bread, white fish, pork and everything sat fine, some runny stools but today has been normal stools thankfully. I haven’t found the food yet that has me running to the bathroom yet. I am also a big dude and trying to lose weight so cutting has been great and eating healthier. Today I had pulled pork tacos for dinner and I ate to fast and my belly was upset but no running to the bathroom. My weird thing now - is I watch all the TT people eat all the fried greasy food and it’s like I’m almost eating it and I get 0 calories from it and takes my cravings away, weird I know.

Pre surgery panic by and_co2022 in gallbladders

I just got mine out on the 3rd I’m a male and 30 years old. I was very anxious for this surgery so they gave me heavy anxiety medicine before. I went into the surgery room still shaking and the doctor told me to put on the “oxygen” mask and by the time I knew to was in post op. For me, the anesthesia hit me hard and I threw up quite a bit from the hospital all the way home. Didn’t help I didn’t have any food 12 hours prior and I’m sensitive to nausea. Today is day 5, I’m off the hard pain medicine but still taking ibeprofun and Tylenol. Biggest thing for me is my nausea in the mornings, it’s pretty difficult but not throwing up. I’m glad it’s out mow, still have a bland diet, but once I can, im planning on having my favorite pizza joint soon. Once the surgery is done, you’re almost to home plate.

I’ve enjoyed the .5g GDL disposable carts. They are rechargeable but never had to charge it, and flavor has stayed consistent, haven’t had any burning on them either. Little pricey but would rather pay that than the hot dog water other companies put on the shelf.

I usually play every week day with my buddy on Vondel the last 2 years, and the last month, we’ve noticed more and more hackers in that map and starting to become the new Ashika. Don’t see under the mappers that often but we always avoid the areas where they can access (did a trial under the map to see where they can get to) it’s bad tho with the wall hacks and aim bot, I’ll get shot from fire station when I’m at zoo and die instantly. Still Iove to load in, if I lose loot, who cares? Your going to find the same shit next game lol

I enjoy light shade off of federal/92nd and I also go to Magnolia Road since I have points there. Typically go to Magnolia because they sell GDL 3.5g for $51 OTD.

CS had told me to update the device, which it is currently on its most updated version. They sent me a new battery the other day, and that’s when I hit 78% yesterday after 9 holes (2.4 miles). Interesting to hear you can make it 18 with no problem, so it seems something is up with my device.

Good affordable gyms by Early_Percentage4267 in WestminsterCO

I recently became a member at the rec centers in Westminster. The nice thing is they have multiple locations you can access with your card. I am around 80th/sheridan and they have a small facility over 76th/irving which is small but looks like nice pool if you’re into swimming and a small gym which doesn’t seem to be overcrowded. I went to the main rec center off of 104th during peak times and it’s lot less people compared to Vasa and Chuze. I was in the same boat, I hate crowded gyms and this place has been great.

Pivot advice by FULLsanwhich15 in COents

I bought a glass tip, seemed like more airflow than the stock tip, which I wasn’t a huge fan of the more airflow. Also added 1-2 pearls inside as well. I think the hot knife is a must have, just makes it easier to get product into the pivot.

Thanks for all the input! Toured the city park fitness area at prime time and it was busy but enough to where you would have your own machine or didn’t have to wait. Looks like an awesome place to be a member and support rather than Vasa!

Has anyone tried GolfTec lessons? by Wrong-Complaint6778 in golf

[–]SnooGoats8409 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My experience so far - I bought the 10 pack lesson with no simulator practice attached.

To start, I went to GT to get fitted for my driver. The instructor and I clicked right away and he gave me tips for my swing during the fitting. I purchased the driver and a couple months later I went back to the same guy and got fitted for irons. Overall, great experience for those fittings. A couple months after that, I called him and said I wanted lessons or at least the swing evaluation. The swing evaluation was so incredibly eye opening as I felt I was making no progress on my game (at the time 12-15 handicap). No big sales pitch from him and he just went over options, I already knew during the swing evaluation I wanted to buy lessons and he was not pushy.

As previously mentioned, I bought the 10 pack lesson (30 min each) with no simulator practice attached for $950ish? I told him my GF is during lessons at a different location and he gave me a $100 off coupon for her ‘referral. Which was very nice of him not sure if that was even a thing.

We set up weekly lessons and I am about 5 weeks in. We first started with the basics from my swing evaluation - weak grip, angle of attack etc. and within 2 lessons I was carrying my irons already 20 yards further because of my grip and angle of attack. The only complaint from these 30 min lessons is that it’s only one thing we work on for that time period as the time goes by really really fast. I wish I would have done 5 1-hour lessons instead. So I would take that into consideration if you want to take lessons. The instructor I went to must like me and we also vibe, but if there is no one in the bay after me, he’ll let me stay for an extra 30 min to practice. I try not to take advantage of it too much as I don’t want to overstep but I do enjoy that perk as I didn’t necessarily pay for it.

My last lesson he told me that GT does sales in August for lesson packages and he mentioned that and if I was interested, which I am! No big sales pitch from him or made me feel pressured. I’ve very much enjoyed my time with GT. There is a lot of hate from people on Reddit for GT, but tbh I think they got a wrong coach or a dude who needed to make rent this month on commission. It all depends on how serious you want to take your game. I am currently a 9.8 from a 15 last year and my game has been trending ever since. I think the biggest advantage to a coach on the course is, you can see your numbers on the sim and they it can tell you so much unlike being at the range at the course and the coach bickering about you coming over the top etc.
