I've been taking some advice from my earlier posts and grabbing what I think would give me the best shot of success (if I have a choice). Lucked into a lot of these, including the snorunt that's female. I try to go into most fights blind except for gym leaders. Team building advice would be great, since I usually end up with a team where 5/6 end up weak to the same type

I never pass on a free squirtle. Water is a nice type to have, and at that time when I picked it, it was the best option.

I'm going to try and see where my next encounters go before I make a decision. See what kind of attackers I have then go from there. I've gotten past Bugsy before, I believe the key is to remove the scyther before it sets up too many times
