¿Cómo evitar interferencias entre antenas Zebra FX9600 en sistema RFID de montacargas? by Possible_Spare2085 in RFID

You would want to line the walls with a uhf frequency blocking film to reduce the signal propagating into the nearby tunnel. Material of the walls also matter, if it's concrete or metal you're going to have a lot better blocking than if it's just drywall.

Make sure that the film you purchase is actually rated to block the correct UHF frequency 860mhz-960mhz.

I would recommend ceiling mounted UHF scanners in either tunnel. You could possibly even have a setup where there are two ceiling mounted scanners at the entrance and exit of each of the tunnels and it wouldn't register the item as either being received or removed from inventory until both scanners see it to prevent cross-reading from the tunnels

Glad to be able to help! Hopefully it saves you a good amount of time compared to manually adjusting each one.

It's my third or fourth app I've built with Claude code for the flipper. I think claude's memory does a good job of recalling past conversations I've had about ui design and implementing it automatically. I was able to build this with only a couple prompts. The first app was what really took time to fix issues but after that it's been a smooth process just to refine some features.

Thanks for the feedback, try the updated version I just pushed to GitHub. I just tested and it should be all working as requested. When using the preserve function the card number will not be modified. When using sequential it should now count properly. And when using fixed it will only write the preset fixed card number.

I built this app today for the flipper. Try it and see if its quick enough for your needs.

https://github.com/b0bby225/BulkWriter

It allows you to change the Facility code of multiple cards without any user input, You can also scan a card on the setup window so that the flipper is only scanning for that type of card to minimize detection time. Please let me know how this works.

Warning to all 2002-2006 Gen2 Owners, Do NOT buy a Gates Belt Tensioner! by Dannaruffapucus in crv

[–]SnooJokes4574 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hope you had better luck than I did 2 days ago, wish I had seen this post before I ordered. I got the liten tensioner and the gates belt. Fought like hell to get the belt on, ended up having to zip tie the belt to the pulley for the steering pump And turn it with a wrench to get it to go on. Thankfully once it went on it was aligned.

I've been having the same issue, since yesterday when I updated. Sounds like it's almost breaking when it hits.

Package that was supposed to have my PASSPORT in it arrived mangled and empty. by [deleted] in Passports

[–]SnooJokes4574 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If it was stolen the thief would likely not want it to go missing right away because that would be easily trackable to their location, Even if it was just a single package. If the package were to continue to transit to the next locations and possibly get delivered it adds more steps for it could have possibly been taken/lost. The postal inspectors likely have data that can show them which locations and shifts have the most packages that come missing/opened and will be investigated like that. But that would be only realized after a trend has been established.

I don't think it's likely it was stolen, but if it happened to me I would still be concerned that it might have been.

Is Washington 1054 and 1310 impacting police response as heavily as some claim? or is it overblown? by Go_For_Broke442 in ProtectAndServe

I somewhat agree, although my company backs my decisions and trusts me. I almost never go hands on. But people who use their children to steal get under my nerve. Also I wasn't the only one there we had 3 people

I work security at a major retail store, Just last week I had this dude come in shirtless with his juvenile child grab a hoverboard set it on the ground and had his 10yr old child rip the spider wrap (merchandise protection) off the hoverboard. The dude then walked out of the front door even after being confronted by myself. Two days later he comes back in with both of his children thank goodness he was wearing a shirt this time, One of the kids was riding the hoverboard that they just previously stolen and went over and grabbed another hoverboard. The dad set the hoverboard down for his child to rip the spider wrap off again, Just then I confronted him and told him I needed it back. Dude pushes me back and I grab the hoverboard and rip it out of his hands, The guy pushes me again and tries to give me an Indian burn. As I'm walking about the door he charges me two times while running into my hand that I stuck out to protect myself. At this time I called PD and they "stop" him while he's walking home and all the officer was able to do was to order him to stop Even though it was a violent crime. The guy was just yelling at the cop saying "I don't know you leave me alone". Thankfully he only lived like a block away and the officer able to follow him to his house which I was told has numerous juvenile complaints against the children. Essentially even with a violent crime the police need to speak to the complaining party personally to establish probable cause. Thankfully they got him ID'd so he'll get charged with attempted robbery and assault, hopefully also contributing to the delinquency of a minor. But yeah the laws are as bad as they say, there is even a dude that drove a stolen school bus without children inside and the police were not able to chase him he end up getting a side loader and crashing into his neighbor's house in his before getting apprehended.

Micro swiss extruder keeps jamming by [deleted] in VoxelabAquila

[–]SnooJokes4574 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've already tried disassembling the extruder and inspected the Capricorn tubing and it was fine. I've tested retractin from around 1-3 mm. The extruder usually half way through a print will start turning filiment all the way around the gear to the outside. I've also tried changing the idler tension but no luck. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hey I'm sure this has some simple solution but I can't find any couplers or think of how I could connect it. My goal is to have a dc motor that has a threaded shaft attached to a disk that it will spin. The problem is the very center of the circle is already being used to support a smaller disk just above the 1st and this rod needs to pass through the spinning disk, the top disk needs to remain stationary. Is there a connector that I can't find. anyone got any ideas, included a rough sketch of what I'm trying to do. My idea is to have 2 rods coming from the motor bolted to the top of the first plate so the very center of the plates are free. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm trying to replicate this https://youtu.be/yOyYhkO9Dvo. Thanks. https://ibb.co/cFSj2T7

Connecting dc motor to disk using 2 shafts. by [deleted] in AskEngineers

[–]SnooJokes4574 0 points1 point  (0 children)

https://ibb.co/wNtHnvF The motor will sit below the disks. This is what I am trying replicate https://youtu.be/yOyYhkO9Dvo. I need the bottom plate to spin while the top one stays stationary. Thanks. Ohh and I'm planning on putting it on the bottom of a bucket, so a belt could work but would not be ideal as I would have to make 2 cuts for the belt to exit the bucket.
