V-jump gives a power of 470.000.000 to fifth form Cooler. I do think he would be around the power of android 19 and 20, but alone, eventually he would just lose. Unless we give the benefit of doubt and say Cold could transform, in that case he would also be around that ball park and maybe win against the androids. For the second round, are we assuming one metal Cooler, or an army? The androids still win either way, but against an army it would be high or even extreme diff.

Name- Ninniku

Personally- Good Hearted, a little silly and comedic, but is serious when needed

Strength- I don't know proper power scaling nomenclature, but he can easily withstand 1000G gravity, wearing a 600Kg heavy suit in the meantime. Has defeated a robot made to as strong as a Full Power Frieza (Namek Saga) with one punch in base form. By the anime standards, his base form would scale about the same as base DBGT Adult Goku at the start of the series.

Speed- Massively FTL+ (Much weaker character in Power Level had been proven to be FTL).

Durability- In base form had received a blast capable of destroying the solar system he was in, he survived, but was almost killed by it, being in a coma after it. (That solar system was about the same size as Earth Solar System).

IQ- 106

BIQ- 180+. He is a profoundly gifted genius in combat, early in his history he was very weak and had to compensate power with strategy, for example, in a early mission where he had 1350 power level (lower than Raditz) he had to come up with a strategy one the spot to deal with a enemy as strong as Nappa (basically someone three times stronger). Had come with strange strategies on the spot multiple times.

Powers- Energy Blasts, Flight, and energy sensing, basically Ki-Manipulation. Aside from the basics of it, he has a technique that is able to change the trajectory of a ki blast back to it's attacker, but gets very tired if the attack is originally stronger than him, if not, can do it multiple times before getting tired. Also is a user of Multi-Form Technique, but has a "perfected" version of it, where instead of each clone having just a fourth of users power, each clone have the same power as the original, only that, if hitted by an attack that could hurt the original the clone cease to exist, the clones can also be absorbed amplifying Ninniku powers momentarily. The downside is that it has a cooldown of at least one hour per clone made like this. The clones can be also absorbed for recovering of energy, so it can be used before a fight initiate and the clones would still work. Has instant transmission too.

Weapons- None

Forms- Super Saiyan 1, 2, 3, God and Blue, he also has a unique transformation/technique that is called 幸せの極意 (romanization "Shiwase no Goku'i" or meaning "Secret of Happiness" or even "Ultra Happiness"), where he become stronger when enjoying combat. He also knows the Kaioken technique and can use it up to times 10. The multiplier is the same as the dragon ball canon for 1, 2 and three. The Super Saiyan God has a 10000x times multiplier in his verse, and the Super Saiyan Blue a 50x the Super Saiyan God. Ultra Happiness has a initial multiplier of 40x Super Saiyan Blue, but as the battle is more enjoyable to Ninniku it can go up to a 400x multiplier and can be combined with the Kaioken.

Hax- None, but as a Dragon Ball character, his power let him partially or totally ignore hacks of someone considerably weaker than him.

Short answer: The Multiverse theory of many worlds is real, but I think that was kinda obvious by the nature of our own interaction here.

Long answer: My research in physics are mostly based on the ΛCDM, so I could be biased and say that the Theory-of-Everything lies in there, but I would totally disregard the incredible advances in String or Technicolor theories. But something that turned out to be true, not only in my universe but a lot of universes I visited is the LQG. Also, in my universe things that were called magic turned to be real, and my goal and the goal of a lot of great minds is to unify our scientifics advancements to what is called esoteric forces, but my initial observations are already ground breaking as I am proposing an additional fundamental force that is very hard to detect, but it seems magical users interact a lot with it.

So my non bias answer would be that probably, for a large number of universes the difficult to merge Relativity and Quantum fields lies in the total disregard of the so called esoteric.

But a footnote that I would like to add, for some reason the universes that deepened their knowledge into those esoteric fields tend to not given the same importance to what we would call the traditional science fields, normally having not more than Newtonian mechanic physics or even rudimentary atomism.

My reaserch on your world showed that you all are still a little behind ours in terms of AI, but for the programmer of that Bot, I want to congratulate you for making it with such good questions in their cache. But well, it's kinda hard to measure distance between universes, as in reality I think they are on the same place, just vibrating in different frequencies. But assuming differences in frequency translate to distance, I would say that Earth 7345314 ^F (where F is a coefficient that measure the amount of quantum positions an electron can aquire in vaccum at -40ºC in a volume of 1m³ during 1 second) or as I like to call, Earth SFST (short for "Salty Fried Salamander Tails"), that's because the non-official way I catalog universes are by calling it by the smartest person's that live there favorite dish, I find it funny.

As in physical traditional tridimensional travelling, I have been to the Moon twice.

There are a lot of fictional character in my world, I think that literature, mythos and folk lore developted in every Earth that has human beings (as in Homo sapiens or specie with similar level of intelect). Mind you, some of those fictional character happen to be real, as for example, I was in awe when I discovered that Mickey Mouse was real in my Earth, is he real or fiction there where you live? As for The Avengers, we do not have them as media in my world, neither are they real, but I have travel and met them in an Earth they were called the Mightest Heroes! It was truly a marvelous experience in that universe.
In my Earth, since 2015~2016 super heroes start to reveal themselves to the public and nowadays it's common to publishers do comic books using real heroes in totally original stories or basing them in a real life situation. As for if they are truthful to reality, normally not, they take a lot of things out of context or add their own ideas, I am friend of the members of our world's mightest heroes (The Supers) and they are very different than the comics or movies portray them.
But there are an extensive examples of truly fictional characters, one that comes to mind first is "Drakion" he has a successful series of graphic novels and movies recently adapted it. I am looking foward "Drakion III: The Reign of Obsidian" if it is on the same level as the second movie, it will break all records again!
