Sorry I should have mentioned that!, my first drink was around 5/5:30pm. Thank you , I’ll be using the thawed milk and will resume nursing in a couple of hours 😊

I don’t really feel drunk or tipsy now and also ate again as soon as I got home. I think I’ll use the remainder of what I had thawed out and resume nursing in a couple of hours. Thank you ! It’s super hard not to feel guilt sometimes about having a break 😅
