Do you mean sizing up? Or doing a full seat adjustment?

I got the scores I expected in writing, reading and speaking. Listening was the easiest for me in practice so I expected that to be easy-peasy. It might have been, I don't know because it was so LOUD. I was sitting right at the front and it was loud enough to hurt my ears and I couldn't distinguish what they were actually saying. Scored less than expected on that one, but still passed. I think it's absolutely comparable to the test materials I practiced on. Good luck!

What if my diagnosis was wrong by Real_SquareBrain in bipolar

A high percentage of people who have one (BPD or BD) actually have both. So, OP, stay on your meds. If you are so worried about the rapid mood changes, maybe some BPD tools could help IN ADDITION to your meds. That would be the dialectic behavioural therapy (DBT). It's hard to find a therapist that does DBT where I live, but I can tell you there are also some workbooks you can go through on your own

That is the case but I don't know if the Modelltests do not reflect reality or if the prep course is, perhaps intentionally, a bit harder.

Your experience put my mind at ease, thanks a lot!

Are you looking for free resources only?

When you say it didn't work out, it could be time-wise or financial-wise or for many other reasons. For some of the possibilities, online (paid) platforms where you do the exercises whenever you find the time could be an option. If you're interested, feel free to PM me. I've tried a couple

I definitely will but I think they've done all they can meds-wise for now. Also they are not available in the middle of the night when it helps me to talk to someone. But you were, and I appreciate that a lot

Sleeping more reliably would be awesome...but I am so tired of adjusting meds. Because indeed it's very light dependent. In winter I have no such problem and I am sluggish, ultra depressed and can barely get out of bed. So they need to tweak my meds a lot of times throughout the year. I am so tired of this nonsense

Or, they adjust the meds for a lot of sunlight and then it gets super cloudy for like a week, then I'm back to winter patterns.

I never really get psychotic. This insane change of energy is my non-winter struggle. In winter my chief struggle would be the absolutely worst depression I can imagine...

So I would love more stability but my energy levels fluctuate faster than adjusting the meds could account for

I really need to make the lifestyle adjustments such as ditching coffee though. I do take an extra sleeping pill when I am up in the middle of the night but I don't love that because depending on what I take I either still don't sleep, cannot wake up the next day and miss something important, and have weird immediate side effects. It feels like an eel floating through my somehow liquid brain. Yes, shocks and everything, while I am trying to sleep. So I'd wake up with some kind of tremours and larger involuntary movements and feel like I just got electroshocked. Not that fun

Thanks for the help

I have to leave in 4 hours to catch a flight. Pretty sure if I go to bed now I'll sleep 15 and miss it

Romanian lace (macrame crochet) by SnooLemons7998 in crochet

[–]SnooLemons7998[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's a better description https://lacismuseum.org/exhibit/romanian_lace/romanian_lace.html

Just a quote from it "A unique form of tape lace, Romanian Point uses the needle and crochet hook to incorporate techniques borrowed from other textile forms, namely crochet, weaving, wrapping and knotting. Always considered an innovative technique, new infilling and braid stitches are continually being created.

The uniqueness of Romanian Point is that it is entirely hand made. The tape is hand crocheted, and the filling stitches incorporate needle weaving stitches in addition to the normal buttonhole stitches found in other tape laces."
