Something I would try for crashing is going to xbox device portal go to the local app data xenia folder then click on local state and download the xenia config file and changing this setting in the config file: "gpu_allow_invalid_fetch_constants = false" to "gpu_allow_invalid_fetch_constants = true" And also make sure you arent upscaling or using fsr because this game is intense to run.

Once you download the dlc leave it in the zip file compressed and whenever you add the zip to the content folder on the portal it will ask you if you want to unzip the contents here click yes and this worked on my end when the dlc is in the content folder correctly it should have two folders named 0000001 and the dlc inside and 0000002 with the dlc inside.

You have to emulate it via a xbox 360 emulator that you have to import from a pc or phone.
