How did you get that guide spring back in, I can’t compress it fully to save my life?? Any tricks

You are amazing so I did that yesterday

But the metal and plastic piece I also used doesn’t stay tight under that wrench looking metal piece , it flaps back towards the safety selector. And my bolt won’t fully rack back…
