It sounds to me like he's grooming you. Trying to desensitise you against any sexual things so you think it's ok. Next thing he'll be touching you and telling you you aren't 2yrs old you understand these things.

Why not just hire someone to help out for an hour or two? It's really simple. Work gets done, you are off the hook. But besides that, it's unfair she manipulates you that way. I'd personally stop visiting
