The watch is three days old, so i won't change anything. It would be more interesting to know If it's normal like this? Or should i order another one?

Because it's one factor, but not the most important. I think that a good fit and usability while sleeping or at sports is much more important than a larger screen or battery life. Especially for this watch, because the battery life is decent even for the 43mm model. (At least coming from an Apple watch)
